Earlier this month, Orange County’s Board of Supervisors voted to officially declare Aug. 24 as Kobe Bryant Day in the Southern California county, a community where Bryant and his family have been a huge part of.
The basketball legend was an 18-time All-Star who won five National Basketball Association, NBA, championships with the Los Angeles Lakers.
