The city called Kumasi is alternatively known as Garden City because of its many beautiful species of flowers and plants and it is also called Oseikrom(Osei Tutu’s Town). Just recently the sitting president of the republic of Ghana,H.E Nana Addo Dankwaa Akuffo Addo refered Kumasi as Greater Kumasi. For some time now, folks of Kumasi have rebranded their city to ” The United States of Asante(USA); only those behind the rebrand can actually explain where they got their motivation from.

KUMERICA has been treading on social media due to that,The Renowned Acting President of Sons and Daughters Association of Ghana (SADA) who also doubles as Eminent and Astute Media Personality as well as End Time Evangelist, Omanhene Nana Kofi Amankwaa has appealed to king of Ashanti (Asantehene) Otumfo Nana Osei Tutu ll to endorse KUMERICA to reach the whole world in order to invest money for our country.

According to him,he explained that this name would attract people from inside and outside of the country to pay visit as tourist and excursion which would assist us to generate money for development in Ghana especially Ashanti region (United States of Asante). I have learnt that dignities in Ghana have supported this name . For example, Minister of Communication Ursula Owusu on August 29,2020 have comments that she need the location of the KUMERICA Embassy in Accra in order to get Visa.

SADA President advised the people in United States of Asante(Ashanti region) to clean their city in order to prevent dirty. Dustbins should be kept at all the public places like bus stations, theatres ,proper public toilet are to be made and they should be maintained regularly. Again spitting, throwing waste in public places must be stop, keep paper bags with yourself to store wet waste and throw them in dustin only.
