NII MOI THOMPSON SHOULD APPRISE HIMSELF OF THE DETAILS OF THE AGYAPA ROYALTIES DEAL

NII MOI THOMPSON SHOULD APPRISE HIMSELF OF THE DETAILS OF THE AGYAPA ROYALTIES DEAL

In his attempt to ingratiate himself with Mahama in the unlikely event that he wins power, Dr. Nii Moi Thompson has said something that makes nonsense of his doctoral degree.

In a tweet, Dr. Thompson drew similarities between the Agyapa Royalties deal
and the mindless actions of a drug addict in his attempt to satisfy his cravings for drugs.

“Think of the heroin addict who sells his car and fridge and microwave and other assets to support his habit. And once he has none left, he secretly begins selling his wife’s jewelry. And then think of Agyapa,” he tweeted.

In his view, a few individuals in the Akufo-Addo administration have cooked up this deal with the aim of shortchanging the Ghanaian populace.

One doesn’t need to be in possession of prophetical gifts to discern that Nii Moi Thompson has insufficiency in terms of what the issues are and he is out there displaying his ignorance.

Clearly, he has neither made any attempts to apprise himself of the fine details of the deal nor sought further clarifications on what he finds sticky in the agreement.

He just feels like putting in something for his voice to be heard, hence this uninformed, uninformative and tasteless juxtapositions.

Some of these people brandish their titles to create the erroneous impression that they are the most intelligent people around and are versed with facts relating to every single thing in the country when in actuality, they are empty.

The Agyapa Royalties deal has no individual beneficiaries as Nii Moi Thompson would want to believe. It is 100% owned by Ghana until shares are floated for whoever is interested to purchase some.

Must one speak up about something when he lacks understanding and knowledge of same? This failed running mate should stop engaging in this perfidious act of making a mockery of his intelligence. He should read more about the matter.
