‘The Ellen Show’ has reportedly increased employee benefit and sacked three top officials amid sexual misconduct and discrimination investigation.
According to reports, Ellen DeGeneres’ show would be implementing several new benefits for staff, including increased paid time off and new medical leave policy.
Employees will now receive five paid days off, birthdays off, and paid time off for doctors appointments and “family matters.”
This announcement was made by senior producers Mary Connelly and Andy Lassner at a virtual staff meeting.
Sources also revealed that the show was letting go of three of its senior producers after they were accused of sexual harassment and racism, and an atmosphere of intimidation.
